In Home Consultation
A design consultation is a one-on-one chat in your space that happens prior to project startup. We will survey your space, discuss in depth project details, functionality of the space, lifestyle needs, design goals, budget, and preliminary measurements and photos are taken. In addition, we will take a walkthrough of the desired space where our principle designer reviews the space and gives knowledgeable advice on practical and simple ways that it can be elevated.
Typically within this service, we discuss floor planning, color schemes, layout recommendations, and more!
This meeting is one hour minimum.
Consultation fee $300/hour
Full-Service Design
The full-service design includes planning, managing, and executing your design project from start to completion. We will create a beautiful, functional, and curated home through our design process while ensuring the highest standard of care to design the home of your dreams.
TLC offers Full Design & Decorating Services, which includes: Project Conception & Research, Project Sourcing, Presentation of E-Design / Mood Board, Project Shopping & Procurement, and Final installation

Renovation Design Services
Our most popular service is for those looking to redesign or renovate your kitchen, bathroom(s), or other areas throughout your home. We will partner with you to design your renovation, from floor planning to material selection, 3D rendering, and more.

THE PROCESS
First, we'll start with Client Homework. We ask you to do a little “design homework” to help create your Client Profile.
This will help us grasp your visual style. All clients are required to complete our online Design Questionnaire​ ​and create a​ ​Pinterest​ ​or​ ​Houzz​ ​Ideabook.
